HVAC Northeast Territory Sales Manager
Parts Town is the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment and HVAC parts, seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Northeast region. The role involves developing and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with marketing teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
Proactively build and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competition
Monitor and document key metrics for sales activities in the CRM database
Develop new customers to expand and grow the Service Dealer business independently in the U.S
Successfully achieve sales revenue targets within deadlines (independently and in collaboration with Senior Leadership)
Identify and research opportunities that arise in new and existing markets
Independently input data, manage, and report on sales pipelines for assigned customers and territory
Identify pipeline strengths and weaknesses, develop innovative action plans, and communicate them to senior management
Analyze and report the success or failure of sales strategy to the Senior Leadership team frequently and make recommended adjustments
Collaborate with the internal marketing team to develop sales strategy and marketing plans that operate in synergy with the customer base
Assist colleagues in closing new opportunities
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma and/or combination of at least 5 years of successful Business Development/Customer Service leadership experience
Great communication skills & proficient in English (verbal and written)
Ability to think outside the box to exceed customer expectations
Passion for building relationships and forming personal emotional connections with customers
Self-motivated, passionate and hungry to make a big impact
Proactive with initiative and attention to detail
Resilient and considers rejection an exciting challenge
Reliable, high speed ethernet internet connection at home (at least 10 mpbs)
Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Knowledge of CRM programs (such as Salesforce)
Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
