Responsibilities
Drive strategic vision for AI-enabled transformation across global delivery processes
Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and AI integration opportunities
Develop AI-powered tools that augment delivery capabilities with cross-functional teams
Establish metrics and analyze data to measure transformation effectiveness
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of delivery transformation experts
Present transformation roadmaps and results to executive leadership
Build partnerships across AWS to align transformation with organizational priorities
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and feedback loops
Influence strategic direction of global delivery capabilities and methodologies
Enhance service quality through streamlined delivery workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience
5+ years of senior leadership experience
Experience with AI/ML technologies
Experience coordinating and leading large-scale Digital or Global IT Transformation initiatives
Preferred
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud technology
Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
Experience managing P&L
Experience building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred
Sales and negotiation skills for opportunity capture and proposal development
