Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using a variety of online tools and databases
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate interview logistics between candidates, recruiters, and client contacts
Manage scheduling with a sharp attention to detail and a high level of professionalism
Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
Support recruiters with administrative tasks and communication follow-ups
