US Outside Sales Parts & Consumables
Precision Surfacing Solutions is a global manufacturing company specializing in precision flat grinding, lapping, and polishing machine tools. They are seeking a charismatic and motivated US Outside Parts & Consumable Sales Manager to provide exceptional service to customers while achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Handle sales of parts & consumables for multi-state territory (50% travel)
Sales office will be based out of IL global headquarters
Work with Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales Team to maximize territory parts & consumable sales
Interact directly with customers and provide sales support throughout the sales process including generating customer quotes and strategizing to win orders
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Achieve monthly revenue targets through up-selling of parts and consumables
Provide bi-weekly sales reports and strategize with National Sales Manager to win specific accounts
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Enter and manage customer information in Salesforce CRM database
Partner with Regional Sales Managers on all equipment sales to earn additional pats & consumable sales
Handles customer inquiries regarding status of orders and delivery dates
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years Outside Sales experience
Ability to travel frequently to visit North America customers (50% travel)
Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of ERP systems
Knowledge of CRM systems; Salesforce.com
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment
Positive and energetic attitude
Self-motivated with the ability to welcome change
Excellent telephone etiquette with strong communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationship with all colleagues
Willingness to take on special projects
Excellent organizational skills are required
Must be extremely attentive to detail
Ability to work in high pressure situations
Must be highly motivated and be able to adapt quickly in an ever changing environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
