Responsibilities
Reviewing and analyzing licensing agreements, contracts, and statements to interpret contractual terms and establish revenue recognition requirements & billing / payment terms
Invoice minimum guarantees and royalties to customers
Prepare monthly reporting (AR Aging, P&L, etc.) and month-end accruals
Reconciling accounts and reviewing receivables / past due balances
Prepare cash application journal entries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of accounting experience in the media, entertainment, or streaming industry
Experience working with licensing agreements / contract review
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with SAP or Oracle
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Knowledge of Vistex / Media Maestro
