Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across all vehicle systems (mechanical, electrical, brakes, suspension, A/C)
Solve complex problems and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and road tests
Document repair work accurately and communicate with service advisors and customers
Mentor other technicians and maintain proficiency with technical updates and certifications
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Minimum 1 year of automotive repair experience in a dealership
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and computer-controlled systems
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Preferred
ASE Master Technician certification (or equivalent)
