Tax Analyst
Responsibilities
Prepare, review and file 1099 forms, including year-end processing, distribution, and handling of corrections
Manage or oversee escheatment/unclaimed property reporting and coordinate with third-party providers as needed
Support additional tax-related reporting obligations such as 501(c) forms, 1042 and California Form 591
Document and maintain internal tax-related processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
Collaborate closely with Procure to Pay team members to resolve reporting issues and maintain data accuracy
Provide customer service and support to internal stakeholders and vendors on tax reporting and compliance inquiries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field of study
Experience with escheatment reporting and filing, or oversight of third-party escheatment services
Demonstrated experience in 1099 preparation, distribution, and filing, including corrections
Experience within Procure to Pay, tax or accounting functions
Knowledge of full-cycle Accounts Payable processes
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
