Responsibilities
2-3+ years of experience in commercial AV integration (Crestron, Extron preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and email communication
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or in a fast-paced team environment, following processes and checklists
Skilled in system troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and customer training
Capable of lifting 40 lbs regularly (occasionally over 75 lbs) and working on ladders
Professional English proficiency with the ability to train technicians and ensure industry standards
Willingness to travel within the U.S. (25% - 50% of the time) for job site visits
Qualification
Required
