Inside Sales Representative (Entry-Level / Junior)
Airex Filter Corporation is a family-owned and operated company specializing in air filtration solutions. They are seeking an entry-level or junior Inside Sales Representative to develop strong sales skills, contribute to customer growth, and earn commission based on performance.
Responsibilities
Prospect new customers through outbound calling and email outreach
Follow up on inbound leads and customer inquiries
Support and grow existing customer accounts
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Conduct sales conversations via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Track outreach, calls, and sales activity in NetSuite ERP and HubSpot CRM
Work toward and exceed monthly activity and sales goals
Qualification
Required
Some sales, customer service, or outbound calling experience (internships count)
Comfortable with outreach and cold calling
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Coachable, organized, and motivated by results
Able to work in an in-office team environment
Preferred
HVAC, industrial, or technical product exposure
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
