Core Group Resources is seeking a Business Process Analyst 4 to analyze, design, and optimize processes across various functions such as production, inventory, finance, marketing, and human resources. Responsibilities
Analyze existing business and technical processes to develop new or improved information systems, including production, inventory, financial, marketing, and HR systems
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and develop compelling business cases for technology solutions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ascertain system functionalities, output needs, input data acquisition, and controls
Utilize knowledge of e-commerce tools, system capabilities, and workflow processes to recommend optimal solutions
Document data flows, understand established code, and translate data between different programs and coding languages
Develop, execute, and document comprehensive test plans to ensure system integrity and performance
Analyze test results to identify errors and implement improvements for code efficiency and system reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Experience with SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, and application development using C# with SQL backend
Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate for data visualization and dashboard creation
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions
