Responsibilities
Lead the framing, design, and delivery of advanced optimization and machine learning solutions for high-impact retail supply chain challenges
Lead successful implementation and development of advanced planning and scheduling software, including network optimization and scenario planning
Creating supply chain planning tools to improve planning processes, increasing accuracy and efficiency
Developing, implementing, and maintaining key performance indicators for supply chain planning
Build ad hoc reports for supply chain planning functions to help improve planning processes and communications
Refining statistical and machine learning forecasting models to minimize forecast error and bias
Develop Supply planning tools that include rough cut and finite capacity constraining
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with advanced SQL and Python programming for data mapping, transformation and querying
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional data initiatives
Proven organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and leadership experience
Bachelor's degree minimum
High drive for results and willing to work in a demanding & rapid paced environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent analytical, follow-up, and attention to detail skills
Ability to work autonomously across functions to meet deadlines and drive tasks to completion
Excellent Excel Skills and knowledge; proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word and PowerPoint)
Preferred
3+ years' experience within Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, or Supply Chain Analytics
Advanced degree preferred
System implementation experience a plus
