Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Secure Chat, In Basket pools, message routing rules, and user templates
Support workflows for clinician-to-clinician, clinician-to-staff, and staff-to-staff communication
Coordinate build and maintenance of provider records, role-based defaults, on-call schedules, and message distribution lists
Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations in all communication workflows
Assess current-state communication workflows and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks
Develop future-state workflows that improve communication speed, clarity, and reliability
Work directly with clinical and operational leaders to ensure solutions align with real-world needs
Qualification
Required
Experience with Epic platform, specifically in communication-related workflows
Knowledge of Secure Chat, In Basket, Rover messaging, Haiku/Canto messaging, and integrated communication tools
Ability to configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Secure Chat, In Basket pools, message routing rules, and user templates
Experience in supporting workflows for clinician-to-clinician, clinician-to-staff, and staff-to-staff communication
Ability to coordinate build and maintenance of provider records, role-based defaults, on-call schedules, and message distribution lists
Understanding of compliance with security and privacy regulations in communication workflows
Experience in assessing current-state communication workflows and identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or risks
Ability to develop future-state workflows that improve communication speed, clarity, and reliability
Experience working directly with clinical and operational leaders to ensure solutions align with real-world needs
