Responsibilities

Support sales teams and partners with technical proposals and solution design

Analyze client needs and create profitable, tailored solutions

Serve as a liaison for technical troubleshooting and custom requests

Deliver product presentations, field support, and bi-annual sales training

Contribute to RFP responses and product development initiatives

Prepare and lead training on new products and features

Attend industry events for competitive insights and trend analysis

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualification

IP Network experienceTechnical Support experienceIPv4/IPv6 knowledgeCisco certificationRouting protocols knowledgeVoIP knowledgeCommunication skillsTeam collaborationProblem-solving skills

Required

Associate's degree in engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or equivalent work experience

Minimum 1 year of IP Network and/or Technical Support experience

Knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 networks, DNS, Hosted PBX (VoIP), DOCSIS 3.0/3.1, DIA, and Point-to-Point connections

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or related field

Associate-level certification from Cisco, Juniper, etc (must remain current)

4+ years of IP Network and/or Technical Support experience

Familiarity with routing and switching protocols (BGP, IS-IS, MPLS-TE, RSVP, SD-WAN, STP), QoS implementations, and IP network security (Firewalls, CG-NAT)

Experience with Juniper, Cisco, and Ubiquiti routers, switches, and firewalls
