Talent & Learning Coordinator
AtlantiCare is seeking a Talent & Learning Coordinator who will provide administrative and project support to the Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring seamless execution of hiring and learning initiatives.

Responsibilities
Schedule interviews, candidate meetings, training sessions, workshops and other programs across multiple calendars
Coordinate logistics for hiring events, career fairs, room set up, and catering orders
Support projects related to talent acquisition and learning & development
Prepare learning materials, attendance rosters, and evaluation forms
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, learning or administrative/project support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
Experience with applicant tracking and learning management systems preferred
