ALM First Financial Advisors is a leading strategic partner for depository institutions, offering financial advisory services. The Loan Transaction Associate will serve as a relationship manager, educating clients on market changes and managing loan-level datasets to support loan transactions.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing/sales strategy for our LTN network

Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and analytics tools to support loan trading, portfolio optimization, and market intelligence

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance LTN platform analytics, including matching logic, performance metrics, and reporting

Prospecting and networking via telephone calls and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients

Develop LTN presentations for delivery to prospective clients

Utilize company resources as needed to secure commitments

Once a transaction is underway, ensure the timely and successful completion of the transaction

Attend industry events and trade shows for the purpose of generating leads and closing sales

Stay informed on industry trends, changes in industry regulations and the competitive landscape

Work with management and product development team to refine existing products as needed

Required

Possess excellent communication and organizational skills and have a proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be comfortable selling to financial institutions

Sales/marketing experience in the financial services industry required with a focus on back office organization

PC/Windows-based software experience required with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Familiar with operational task designed to improve overall transaction efficiency

Bachelor's degree in business related fields
