Responsibilities
Partnering closely with accounts payable to review and approve property and tenant related invoices
Preparing company service agreements and monitoring contracted services
Preparing monthly property information reports
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports
Assisting property managers with operational tasks
Assisting with tenant relations and leasing related matters
Providing administrative support to Construction and Tenant Coordination departments as needed
Other administrative, clerical or operational duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
1 -2 years prior administrative or property management experience desired
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Highly detail-oriented and deadline driven
Ability to handle large volumes of clerical work
Strong organization skills
Ability to multitask
Strong customer service skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
Preferred
Knowledge or MRI and Nexus a plus
