Responsibilities

Develop and manage implementation plans for leadership and technical learning programs and development initiatives. Maintain ongoing ownership of designated learning programs such as the Leadership Development Program
Coordinate logistics, resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful program delivery
Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to align programs with strategic objectives
Monitor program effectiveness through analysis and feedback; recommend improvements
Manage vendor relationships and oversee external training partnerships
Implement, administer, and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies
Collaborate with Marketing to manage communications planning and execution for Learning & Development and ensure learning and development is displayed on social media channels
Work with Director of L&D to deliver appropriate change management and communications for development initiatives
Other duties as assigned by supervisor in the advancement of learning and development at CW

Required

5+ years' experience with a proven track record of implementing new and managing existing learning programs that achieved business results
Expertise in leadership development program management and workforce capability building
Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Attention to detail and strong writing skills
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in learning technologies and project management tools
Experience implementing an LMS, Workday Learning highly desired

Preferred

Experience in the construction or building services industry preferred
