This role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations and gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, specifically in the largest sushi factory in North America.

Responsibilities

Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
Support financial data entry and record-keeping
Assist with financial reporting and documentation preparation
Participate in internal audits and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance operations
Inventory cycle counts
Preparation and organization of freight and supply chain documentation

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data
Basic understanding of accounting principles

Preferred

At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or administrative role
Fluency in Spanish
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting/ERP systems
