Responsibilities
Support the closing process, including journal entries and reconciliations
Reconcile various accounts to ensure accuracy
Assist with audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations
Use Excel and ERP systems to analyze financial data and create reports
Monitor Daily Cash Balances: Keep track of daily cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity
Prepare Cash Flow Forecasts: Develop and analyze accurate cash flow forecasts and financial reports
Process Transactions: Handle wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other financial activities efficiently
Maintain Records: Ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up to date
Coordinate with Partners: Collaborate with internal departments and external banking partners to streamline cash management processes
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all financial regulations and company policies to maintain compliance
Serve as a backup to Finance Manager
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and auditing
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel
Excellent organizational skills with a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to managing recurring financial processes
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships across departments and regions
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
