Responsibilities
Capture, edit, and publish high-quality video and photo content across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, maintaining a rigorous daily output of digital assets
Travel approximately 30% to various job sites, trade shows, and facilities to document 'day-in-the-life' stories
Own the content calendar and marketing plan, leveraging platform analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize reach, interactions, and SEO performance
Partner with executive leadership to storyboard campaigns and translate complex ideas into engaging digital stories that maintain an authoritative brand voice
Ensure all content-from 20-second reels to weekly recaps-is produced and posted according to strict daily and weekly deadlines
Qualification
Required
4-5 years of experience with expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
Ability to produce edited video assets at a high velocity
A strong portfolio demonstrating success in growing social media metrics (likes, shares, impressions)
Experience producing high-quality long-form YouTube content
Proficiency in capturing high-quality content using various equipment, including mobile devices, GoPros, and professional audio/lighting kits
Ability to work a consistent in-house schedule (7am-3pm)
Lift up to 50 lbs regularly for equipment setup
Travel nationwide for industry events and site visits
