Assistant Admissions Coordinator
Evergreen Healthcare Group is seeking an Assistant Admissions Coordinator to help manage the facilities inquiry and admission process. The role involves coordinating admissions, conducting facility tours, and maintaining records related to resident care and available beds.

Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating the admission of each new resident, ensuring resident’s room is ready before they arrive and communicating with all departments to prepare for the new resident
Obtain required information and admit residents in an efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures
Conduct facility tours and ensure the interior of the facility is tour-ready
Maintain a current listing of all residents, their level of care, and assigned room numbers
Maintain an accurate record of available beds
Collect, assemble, and check admission papers
Assist in the orientation program for residents and families in accordance with our established policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, problem solving, conflict management and budgeting
Computer proficient
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills to all customers
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare setting
