Responsibilities
Edit and assemble video content for a wide range of deliverables, including product features, brand videos, social media assets, internal communications, and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with producers, motion designers, and creative leads to interpret briefs and deliver edits aligned with creative direction and brand standards
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, feedback cycles, and shifting priorities in a high-volume production environment
Perform color correction, audio cleanup, basic motion graphics integration, and versioning for various platforms and formats
Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity and attention to detail
Organize project files, maintain version control, and follow established workflows to ensure consistency and scalability
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree and 3+ years of professional video editing experience (preferably within an agency or in-house creative team) OR
High School Diploma and 7+ years of professional video editing experience (preferably within an agency or in-house creative team)
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder)
Experience incorporating motion graphics into edited video
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm across short-form and long-form content
Experience working within brand guidelines and adapting creative assets for multiple channels and audiences
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative and non-creative partners
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in structured, process-driven environments
