Talent Programs Manager
Pronghorn is building a movement in the Spirits industry focused on culture, innovation, and equity. The Talent Programs Manager will oversee the execution of high-volume talent programs, ensuring candidates have a clear development-focused experience from application to completion.

Responsibilities
Support end-to-end delivery of high-volume talent and professional development programs (internships, fellowships, training series, talent prep, etc.)
Coordinate timelines, milestones, communications, and deliverables for each cohort
Manage logistics for development sessions: applications, info sessions, workshops, coaching days, and program wrap-ups
Ensure each cohort has a clear structure, learning outcomes, and communication plan
Work hand-in-hand with the Talent & Programs Director and recruiting team on strategic talent initiatives
Align program timelines with recruiting cycles and partner hiring needs
Support candidate flow as needed (e.g., scheduling, workshop invites, follow-ups, interview coordination)
Help translate program completion into pipeline readiness (participants leaving with skills, awareness, and next steps)
Build and nurture relationships with schools, community organizations, associations, and affinity groups that align with program and talent goals
Coordinate outreach to career services, student orgs, and professional networks to drive applications and attendance at development programs
Represent the programs in external meetings, info sessions, and occasional events
Maintain a simple partner/contact list and outreach tracker
Own the overall participant experience—from onboarding through completion—ensuring clear expectations and meaningful engagement
Maintain program materials (agendas, decks, guides, FAQs, reflection forms) for career readiness and professional development topics
Coordinate facilitators, speakers, and partners for panels, workshops, and training sessions
Work with creative/marketing partners to ensure program assets are up-to-date and on-brand
Track key program metrics: applications, attendance, completions, and basic conversion indicators
Provide regular updates to the Talent & Programs Director on program health, risks, and wins
Gather feedback from participants and partners and propose improvements to content, flow, and experience
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in program management, workforce development, learning & development, or similar roles
Experience working with or alongside talent/recruiting teams on initiatives, events, or pipelines
Proven experience supporting high-volume programs (education, internships, fellowships, training or career development programs) from planning through execution
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable facilitating or hosting sessions
Preferred
Experience designing, coordinating, or supporting professional development or career readiness programs (workshops, bootcamps, speaker series, etc.)
Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment (comfortable with ambiguity and building while executing)
Relationships or past experience collaborating with schools, universities, nonprofits, associations, or community groups
Background in workforce development, early-career talent, or community-based training programs
