Responsibilities
Partner with Player Care and Engineering teams to transform support data into actionable business recommendations
Analyze complex, high-dimensional data from various sources (support, social media, consumer products) to determine the ROI of player initiatives
Build and maintain sophisticated PowerBI dashboards that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
Conduct deep-dive analyses on "franchise beats" to understand how player support impacts long-term player retention
Translate technical findings into visual and verbal presentations for cross-functional leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics and SQL
Expert-level proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis
Proven track record of building high-quality dashboards (PowerBI preferred)
Experience working with big data tools like Databricks or Spark is a significant plus
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours and work in a hybrid capacity in the Seattle area
