Responsibilities
Residing on-site at the designated property and serving as a liaison between residents and AMC at that property
Responsible for assisting residents and AMC on an as-needed basis
Responsible for performing other Keyholder tasks as assigned and as needed
May process resident paperwork as required; may be assigned other administrative responsibilities including preparing and/or submitting reports
Handle all lock-outs as requested
Be available to work on an on-call basis
Positive and responsive resident interaction and customer service
Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
Responsible for assisting in ensuring that AMC safety policies are complied with at all times
Qualification
Required
