This role is critical to maintaining a professional image for the company, ensuring smooth communication internally and externally, and assisting with a variety of office management tasks.

Responsibilities
Manage reception area to ensure effective telephone communication and a welcoming environment for visitors
Provide administrative support for office operations, including coordinating supplies, equipment maintenance, and workspace organization
Arrange domestic travel (flights, hotels, car rentals) for staff as needed
Serve as a point of contact for internal managers/supervisors regarding reception and visitor needs
Oversee office equipment maintenance such as copiers, fax machines, and leased assets
Assist with personnel processes including recruitment, retention, scheduling, and training record maintenance
Support special projects and company initiatives related to administrative functions
Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety, visitor policies, and quality standards
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to make decisions with minimal supervision
Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Comfortable performing routine tasks and detailed administrative work
Knowledge of filing systems and basic office machine operation
Preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
