Responsibilities
Greet customers and other visitors, answer questions and route to the proper department or personnel
Answer telephone lines; take accurate and complete messages and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
Keep the lobby/department area neat and clean to project a professional image
Transcribe and type letters, memos, reports, etc., for various personnel in the bank/department as requested
Provide routine clerical support as requested
Maintain various managers and department calendars as requested
Assist customers and visitors as needed while ensuring all security measures are followed
Attend various meetings, record, type and distribute minutes
Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity
Qualification
Required
High School or General Education Diploma (GED)
4 months of work experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members
Preferred
Banking or office experience
