Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-looking digital assets strategy aligned with GTB and enterprise goals
Innovation & Execution: Lead initiatives to design, pilot, and scale digital asset solutions, including stablecoins and tokenized deposits
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders (Treasury, Product, Risk, Compliance) and external partners to drive adoption and innovation
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in blockchain, digital currencies, and regulatory developments; translate insights into actionable strategies
Team Building: Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning
Governance & Risk: Ensure digital asset solutions meet regulatory standards and internal controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Technology; Master's degree preferred
15+ years of leadership experience in digital assets, innovation, or transaction banking
Deep expertise in blockchain, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and digital asset infrastructure
Strong understanding of treasury operations and global transaction banking
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
Experience navigating regulatory frameworks related to digital assets
Familiarity with data analytics and AI-driven insights
Strategic thinker with a bias for action
Curious, empathetic, and grounded in financial fundamentals
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity
Passionate about shaping the future of finance through technology
