Review customer contracts and orders thoroughly to ensure requirements can be met; resolve discrepancies as needed

Manage orders in SAP, including entry, tracking, and communication of status to customers

Prepare and send accurate quotations and order confirmations, ensuring alignment with pricing, availability, and lead times

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, maintaining documentation, account profiles, and proactive communication

Identify and support workflow or process improvements related to contract and order management to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment

Deliver a 5-star customer experience in all interactions

Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with ERP systems a plus
