Responsibilities
Provide onsite support for VoIP systems, SIP protocols, and PBX phone configurations
Perform SIP troubleshooting and resolve complex voice communication issues
Maintain and optimize network infrastructure to ensure reliable voice services
Collaborate with internal teams and Navy personnel to ensure seamless operations
Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on VoIP and SIP technologies
Proficiency in VoIP systems, SIP protocols, and PBX phone configuration
Strong troubleshooting skills for SIP and related voice communication issues
Active Secret Clearance required
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week at Norfolk, VA Navy base
