Strong understanding of cutter compensating
Responsible for keeping work area clean and neat
Follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding
Maintain simple reports such as time sheets and work orders
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
Strong Communication Skills
Must be able to maintain concentration
Must be able to work while standing
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs
Qualification
Required
Minimum one to two (1-2) years' experience of machining required
Knowledge of Lathes, Grinding, Turning and Multi Axis machines as well as their functions required
Knowledge of Programming and use of G & M codes required
Set up, program, and run various machines
Program trouble shooting
Understand and select tooling
Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications
Strong understanding of cutter compensating

Follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding
