Responsibilities
Support attorneys with probate, estate planning, and trust administration matters
Prepare, file, and manage court documents, including e-filing
Draft and record real property documents
Assist with trust funding, administration, and distributions
Prepare and organize documents for probate proceedings
Coordinate with clients, courts, and third parties
Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines
Assist with Federal Estate Tax Returns (Form 706) and other IRS filings, as applicable
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Trust & Estates paralegal experience
ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or equivalent attestation
Strong experience with probate, estate planning, and trust administration
Comfortable with e-filing and preparing court filings
Experience handling real property documents
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Proven team player who works well in a collaborative environment
Preferred
Background working in or closely with a CPA firm
Experience preparing or assisting with Federal Estate Tax Returns (Form 706)
Familiarity with additional IRS filings related to estates and trusts
