Responsibilities
Ensure that all community grounds, tour pathways, breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, amenity areas, and dumpster areas are clean and free of debris
Help with the make-ready process of the apartment homes by removing trash, painting, cleaning, etc
Assist in routine community inspections and complete groundskeeping, landscaping, exterior painting and repairs, irrigation tasks, and pool upkeep tasks as directed by the Service Manager
Qualification
Required
At least one year of experience doing similar or equivalent duties
A high school education or equivalent
Must have excellent customer service and time management skills
Willingness and desire to learn new skills
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening
Possession of a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
