Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
Perform data transformation using Power Query (M language) and complex calculations using DAX
Optimize data models for performance, scalability, and usability
Implement row-level security (RLS), workspaces, datasets, and deployment pipelines
Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all published outputs
Gather and analyze business requirements to build analytical solutions that support strategic decisions
Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, cloud platforms, etc.)
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and present insights to stakeholders in a clear, business-friendly manner
Support KPI development and performance measurement across business functions
Develop basic to mid-level Power Apps to support workflow automation and digital forms
Build automated workflows in Power Automate for approvals, notifications, and data integration
Collaborate with IT or citizen developers to maintain governance and best practices
Provide troubleshooting and enhancements for existing Power Platform solutions
Work closely with business teams, IT, and leadership to translate needs into technical solutions
Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
Support training and enablement activities for Power BI and Power Platform adoption

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
3–5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large and complex datasets
Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced), and data visualization principles
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical data into business insights

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or broader Power Platform capabilities
Knowledge of Azure data services (Dataverse, Azure SQL, Data Factory)
Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics (optional)
Understanding of data governance, security, and lifecycle management
