Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years in a related lead or supervisory role OR Associate's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Four years of related experience, Two years of which in a related lead or supervisory role OR Two years of experience at the lower level IT Business Analyst or position equivalent
Preferred
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL, Oracle, etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
Significant experience in accessing and extracting data from organizational and/or other institutional databases
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
2+ years of relevant work experience in the Criminal Justice field and/or Data Management/Analysis
Proficient skills in queries, report writing, and presenting findings
Experience in data visualization software (i.e., Tableau)
