Responsibilities
The Senior Program Manager will lead the research, design, and continuous improvement of K-5 mathematics micro-credential courses within the NUMeROS project
This position provides strategic oversight of the development and revision of micro-credential coursework, the coordination and supervision of a course-writing team, and the establishment of systems for course review and quality assurance
The Senior Program Manager will manage specific project deliverables and timelines
The role includes collaboration with the project Principal Investigators, the project director, consultants, and the funding provider
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree + 9 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 7 years of relevant experience
Preferred
A master's degree in education, mathematics, curriculum and instruction, or a related field is preferred
Demonstrated experience in professional learning design and facilitation
Curriculum development experience
Project management experience
At least five years of math teaching experience
Experience with online learning platforms (such as Canvas)
Experience with micro-credentials or competency-based professional learning models
