Responsibilities

Coordinate the tactical execution of communication projects, taking an active role in all stages from planning to reporting to completion
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables of web projects
Maintain timelines, proactively communicating upcoming dates and troubleshooting issues that may disrupt timelines to ensure all final commit dates are met
Coordinate communication and collaboration between creative teams, web operations and development, marketing, and other stakeholders
Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status updates, and reviews, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, expectations, and progress
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any risks, issues, or roadblocks that may impact project success
Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed department, development, and marketing expectations and are delivered on time
Manage project documentation, including briefs, statements of work, and project reports
Collaborate with the Resource Manager to ensure that projects are adequately staffed
Provide regular project status updates to Program Managers, Creative Leaders, and other stakeholders
Continuously seek opportunities to improve web project management processes and tools and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
Content governance, content strategy, knowledge would be a plus

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required
6+ years of experience managing projects in a web, UI/UX, or creative setting required

Preferred

Knowledge of Figma as a design and collaboration tool preferred
Experience using JIRA and Workfront as project management platforms preferred
