Responsibilities
Program CNC machines using Esprit CAM to support production of complex metal components
Utilize SolidWorks to design tooling, fixtures, and support manufacturing solutions
Apply deep knowledge of CNC machining, cutting tools, feeds/speeds, and machinability principles
Interpret and analyze engineering drawings , tool designs, GD&T, ISO/G&M codes, and specifications
Develop detailed work instructions for fabrication, assembly, and installation processes
Conduct root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations to resolve production issues
Create and maintain accurate Bills of Material (BOMs)
Lead and support lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and product quality
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering and CNC programming
Expert knowledge of metalworking processes
Proficient with CAD/CAM systems, including SolidWorks and Esprit
Strong understanding of CNC machine tools
Strong understanding of G-code/M-code
Strong understanding of Blueprint reading & GD&T
Strong understanding of Inspection tools and metrology
Strong understanding of Fixture design
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience (10+ years) accepted
