Responsibilities

Lead the management and execution of all international commercial partner agreements, with primary ownership of the 2026 contract cycle and multi-year renewals
Establish and continuously refine enterprise-grade processes for contract lifecycle management, including negotiation coordination, legal and internal approvals, execution tracking, performance monitoring, and ongoing partner compliance oversight
Oversee the strategy, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of comprehensive international partner training and certification programs
Ensure partner readiness directly supports effective execution of partner agreements, while aligning training content, cadence, and certification pathways with current sales objectives, product roadmaps, new feature releases, and evolving end-customer requirements
Drive accelerated international commercial adoption of Persistent Systems’ Cloud Relay solutions
Lead cross-functional coordination with partners, regional sales leadership, and product/engineering teams to enable partner success—providing technical guidance, implementation support, go-to-market resources, and performance tracking to maximize partner-driven deployments and revenue
Own the creation, coordination, approval, timely distribution, and ongoing management of international partner price files, discount matrices, pricing tiers, special bid processes, and commercial policy frameworks
Ensure policies remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with regional market dynamics and corporate objectives
Maintain real-time situational awareness of international partner participation in global trade shows, industry conferences, regional sales forums, and key customer events
Proactively drive partner engagement, co-marketing opportunities, booth presence, speaking slots, and brand visibility initiatives to strengthen partner development and Persistent Systems’ international market position
Lead the successful global rollout, iterative optimization, and long-term enhancement of the International Partner Portal
Ensure the portal delivers intuitive, secure, and real-time functionality—including partner status dashboards, pricing and discount access, marketing collateral libraries, training resources, deal registration, and collaboration tools—to maximize partner efficiency and satisfaction
Serve as the central coordinator between Persistent Systems’ internal marketing organization and international partner marketing teams
Conduct and lead quarterly commercial marketing alignment calls, synchronize global and regional campaign calendars, co-develop partner-specific marketing strategies, ensure consistent messaging across websites, collateral, and digital channels, and drive joint campaign execution
Lead the design, development, and phased global rollout of the International Partner Maintenance Program
Authorize and certify qualified international resellers to perform equipment maintenance and field service; define rigorous certification requirements, training curricula, technical documentation, quality standards, audit processes, and compliance frameworks to guarantee consistent, high-quality service delivery and alignment with company policies
Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key international partners and distributors; proactively interpret their business challenges, growth objectives, and market feedback to advocate for internal program, product, and policy enhancements
Identify, assess, and proactively manage short- and long-term risks and opportunities across the international partner ecosystem; develop detailed mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and growth acceleration initiatives
Provide regular executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership on international partner program health, pipeline contribution, revenue performance, key risks, and strategic opportunities
Maintain deep expertise in Persistent Systems’ full product portfolio, especially MANET, wireless networking, Cloud Relay, and related solutions—to effectively advise partners, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, international business, or related field (or equivalent demonstrated experience)
7+ years of progressive experience in global channel/partner management, international program management, or commercial operations
5+ years of direct experience managing international reseller/distributor programs, contracts, and commercial policies with significant aggregate annual value
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-region partner programs, governance frameworks, training/certification initiatives, and enablement programs
Strong project and program management skills with expertise in developing and executing detailed plans (scope, schedule, cost, risk, performance)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Visio, or equivalent)
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence and engage at executive, VP, Director, and partner leadership levels
Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance (if required)

Preferred

MBA or master's degree in international business, engineering, or related field
PMP certification or equivalent formal program/project management credential
5+ years leading global reseller/channel programs in technology, defense, telecommunications, or mission-critical communications industries
Direct experience with wireless/MANET, mesh networking, Cloud Relay, or similar technical solutions
Prior success designing and deploying global partner certification, authorized service, or maintenance programs
Knowledge of international trade compliance, export controls (ITAR/EAR), regional pricing strategies, and multi-currency discount policies
Experience managing partners across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, etc.)
Active U.S. Secret security clearance
Business level proficiency in one or more additional languages (highly desirable)
