Responsibilities
Review construction plans and specifications to build accurate takeoffs and pricing
Clarify scope and design intent with external partners and internal teams
Prepare, revise, and update estimates, quotes, and proposals as projects evolve
Maintain organized records of bids, revisions, and follow-ups
Support project handoff and coordination between estimating, sales, and operations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of estimating or related experience in construction, building products, or similar
Ability to interpret construction drawings and elevations
High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with spreadsheets and internal tracking tools
Preferred
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Experience supporting both new construction and renovation/remodel work
