Responsibilities
Participate in identification of goals to drive strategic objectives
Provide training and coaching on Lean Six Sigma tools
Develop tools and methodologies to improve lead time, yield, and efficiency
Evaluate and implement improvements to production line layouts
Facilitate multiple projects to support operations, quality, and supply chain
Use management operating system tools to evaluate trends and problem solve systemic issues
Seek out continuous improvement opportunities, weigh their value based on benefit, investment, and risk to prioritize work accordingly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a STEM engineering discipline
2 years of experience implementing and driving continuous improvement in an engineering related field
Experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
Proven experience Lean Six Sigma tools
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment
Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute projects
Ability to read, write and speak fluent English with clear communication of ideas
Ability to travel to other sites (approximately 5-10%)
Preferred
Experience in regulated industry is preferred
Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred
