Responsibilities
Write and adapt copy for:
Advertising (digital, print, OOH)
Campaigns and marketing materials
Trade show graphics and experiences
Web and interactive content
Presentations and executive-facing materials
Translate marketing inputs and messaging guidance into:
Headlines and subheads
Short-form and long-form copy
Scannable, audience-appropriate content
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and terminology
Collaborate with designers to ensure concepts, copy and visuals work together effectively
Iterate copy based on feedback, approvals, and compliance requirements
Support development of reusable messaging and copy frameworks
Maintain familiarity with brand standards and messaging guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Communications or related field and 4+ years of professional copywriting experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirements
Strong portfolio demonstrating: Advertising and campaign copy, Marketing and brand storytelling, Adaptability across channels and formats
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to write clearly for complex or technical subject matter
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred
Experience in B2B, technology, or related industries
Experience writing for experiential, interactive, or trade show environments
Familiarity with compliance or approval-driven workflows
Background in journalism, communications, marketing, or related field
