The Purchasing Expeditor will assist in managing purchasing and inventory tasks, support the Purchasing Manager with purchase order follow-up, and handle various clerical duties.

Responsibilities
Supplier Management: Contact vendors, manage delivery dates, and resolve delivery issues
Inventory Control: Assist in monitoring stock levels, maintain records, and ensure adequate supplies
Documentation: Reconcile packing slips with orders, handle correspondence, and maintain purchasing records
Research & Analysis: Reach out to vendors for quotes, and sourcing new suppliers/products
Other job duties as required
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED or equivalent
Familiarity with purchasing/inventory management
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, ERP, D365 and/or MRP software
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment encompassing company growth and change
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
