Responsibilities
Identifies, architects and implements long term automation solutions for ambiguous problems
Builds test tools and framework that help organization maintain good product health and long term maintainability and stability
The responsibility includes supervising product change with quality goals, and redesigns test framework to support experimentation and rollout
Define long-term quality driven roadmaps and prioritization aligned with Company’s business goals. Focuses on identifying opportunities for innovation and emerging technologies to enhance the Company’s quality testing capabilities, while aligning the vision with XFN partners
Showcases the ability to identify improvements in existing processes, takes ownership and drives to resolution through others
Mentors multiple XFN engineers and helps coach them to be successful
Brings clarity and removes ambiguities and ensuring the technical solutions aligns to org strategies and business goal
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience, but willing to see candidates with less as long as they have the right skills
Software developer Engineer in Test (SDET) with 8+ years of experience in software automation (UI and/or Integration)
Preferred
Computer science degree is a nice to have, but manager values soft skills more than a degree
