Own and allocate paid media budgets across Meta, Google, TikTok, and new channels
Guide creative and influencer strategy using performance insights
Partner with ecommerce on CRO and website testing priorities
Act as the escalation point when performance shifts
Manage agencies and lead weekly performance reviews
Collaborate closely with executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Senior growth leaders with DTC or omnichannel experience
Strong in paid media strategy, creative performance, and agency leadership
Comfortable stepping in quickly and owning results in a fast-moving environment
