Responsibilities
Actively engage members and establish a high-quality service environment by having a courteous and helpful attitude
Educate and cross-sell members on the bank's product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs
Promptly process member transaction requests on all applicable banking products and services
Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members
Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, and company 's policies and procedures and current promotions
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/ GED required AND Internal: minimum 1 year of work experience in a Representative I role; External: minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role required
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required
Must be fluent in Spanish
Must be able to repetitively use a telephone and a computer mouse and keyboard
Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, push or pull up to 15 lbs
