They are seeking a Senior Training Instructor to oversee and implement the Engineering training program at Duane Arnold Energy Center, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering training courses in various engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

Develops, delivers and improves assigned training courses, supporting materials and instructor/student evaluations using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
Revises instructional materials to reflect changes in plant design, current plant practices, regulations, and/or operating philosophies
Provides direction and coaches less-experienced instructors
Serves as the training program lead to ensure all elements of assigned instruction comply with company standards, NRC regulations, INPO accreditation criteria, and other codes, standards and regulatory requirements
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Nuclear ExperienceEngineering TrainingCertified Nuc Trng InstructorInstructional DesignCoaching

Required

High School Grad / GED
Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 7+ years
Nuclear Experience: 7+ years
Bachelor's in a technical field (e.g., Math, Physical Sciences specialty, Engineering) or equivalent education and/or experience
Related industry OR nuclear training experience: 8+ years
