Responsibilities
Independently draft, review, and redline a variety of vendor agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs
Partner with business teams—such as Brand Marketing—to provide guidance on deal structures, usage rights, and long‑term contractual considerations
Oversee and support the administration of current CLM tools, including Agiloft (contract repository) and the implementation of our new procurement/intake platform, Zip Procurement
Contribute to the rollout and future adoption of an updated, repository‑focused CLM solution
Qualification
Required
7–8 years of mid‑level experience in commercial or technology contracting, or within contract management roles
Hands‑on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems; familiarity with Agiloft is highly preferred, though experience with any CLM technology is valuable
Strong comfort working with third‑party vendor agreements, including SaaS and AI‑related contracts, as well as navigating terms of service
A background as an unlicensed JD, paralegal, or contract manager is likely the best fit
