Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration, security, and health of the Salesforce platform, including user access, profiles, permissions, and system governance
Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to support lead management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and campaign execution
Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation and workflows using Salesforce best practices to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to support Revenue Operations initiatives across the full revenue lifecycle, from lead to close
Ensure data integrity and quality through ongoing audits, governance standards, and data management processes
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs that provide actionable insights into pipeline health, revenue performance, and sales productivity
Serve as the primary Salesforce support resource, providing user training, documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement

Required

Hands-on experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud required
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Administrator Certification required (additional certification supported by company)
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and Lightning Experience
Understanding of sales processes, forecasting, CRM pipeline management, and KPI-driven decision making
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader

Preferred

Experience supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms strongly preferred
Experience supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-To-Market teams preferred
Understanding of Zoom Info and transfer of leads/prospects to Salesforce
Experience with Apex or Visualforce is a plus
