Responsibilities

Serve as the receptionist in the Tualatin Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) office, ensuring the office is opened and closed each day
Provides customer service to the public and hearing participants
Provides front line support to the Office of Administrative Hearings operations
Duties include clerical and support functions such as receptionist duties, answering telephones, filing documents, processing incoming and outgoing mail, processing incoming faxes, copying and scanning documents, ordering supplies, loading copy machines, checking out equipment and other general office duties as needed

Required

One year of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR
An equivalent combination of experience and college coursework or training in a general office occupation
This position will require travel, including to multiple Office of Administrative Hearings offices throughout the state
Employee is required to possess and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record to check out a state vehicle
